Terms and Conditions for Reynolds Rescue & Recovery

1. Introduction to Our Agreement

This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern your membership with Reynolds Rescue & Recovery. By becoming a member, you agree to these rules, which are in place to ensure the safety of our members and the proper use of our services.

2. General Membership Rules

Eligibility: To become a member, you must be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and have a satisfactory driving record. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion.
Termination: You can cancel your account at any time. All account cancellations are subject to a one-month notice period, and you will be charged for the final month of your membership at the end of that period. We also reserve the right to terminate your membership for violations of these terms, including misuse of services or non-payment of fees.
- Cancellation Disclaimer: Once an account is canceled, it is wholly deleted. Any accumulated loyalty discount is lost and cannot be reinstated. If you wish to rejoin the club, you will have to start a new membership, and your discount will restart from the beginning.
General Vehicle Services (Applicable to All Plans):
- Roadside Assistance & Recovery: We provide tire swaps (if you have a usable spare), fuel delivery, 4x4 rescue recovery (subject to availability), and fire/flood recovery. We can also assist with the legal disposal of a vehicle.
- Recovery from an Outdated MOT: If your vehicle has an outdated MOT, we can still recover or transport it at no extra cost to yourself.
- On-Demand Work Reports: All members have access to on-demand work reports for their vehicles.
- Onward Travel: When your vehicle is being serviced, we can drop you off at a nearby public or private service location (e.g., a bus, train station, or hotel).

3. Membership Plans & Benefits

A. Basic Plan

This plan is designed for basic needs and includes the following specific benefits:

Annual Discount: A 3% discount on workshop repairs and recovery costs for each year of your membership, up to a maximum of 15%.
Battery Services: You are entitled to a free battery jumpstart. Battery replacements are available at a discounted rate.
Inspections: You are entitled to one free inspection per year.
Vehicle Limit: You may add up to 3 cars per account.
Loan Cars: You are entitled to a 33% discount on loan cars when your vehicle is with us for repairs.

B. Daily Driver Plan

This plan is designed for frequent drivers and includes the following specific benefits:

Annual Discount: A 5% discount on workshop repairs and recovery costs for each year of your membership, up to a maximum of 15%.
Battery Services: You are entitled to a free battery jumpstart and free battery replacement. Note: These benefits cannot be activated until after your first 136 days of membership. An additional charge will be incurred if these services are requested before this period has elapsed.
Inspections: You are entitled to two free inspections per year.
MOTs: You receive one free MOT per year. Note: This benefit cannot be activated until after your first 136 days of membership. An additional charge will be incurred if this service is requested before this period has elapsed.
Vehicle Limit: You may add up to 5 cars per account.
Loan Cars: You are entitled to a free loan car when your vehicle is in our workshop, subject to availability.
Storage: You are entitled to 10 days of free vehicle storage per year if you are going away.
Recovery Costs: You only pay the call-out fee for recoveries.
Personal Portal: You are granted access to a personal online portal for managing your bookings.

C. Fleet Plan

This plan is for business clients managing a fleet of vehicles and includes the following specific benefits:

Annual Discount: A 7% discount on workshop repairs and recovery costs for each year of your membership, up to a maximum of 15%.
Vehicle Slots: Your account starts with 10 car slots, and you may add more as needed for an additional fee.
Bespoke Recovery Rates: You will receive a bespoke recovery rate card designed to match your specific business needs.
Personal Portal: You are granted access to a personal online portal for managing your bookings.

4. Financials

Fees: All membership and service fees are outlined in your welcome packet. Fees are subject to change, and we will notify you of any adjustments.
Payment: All fees must be paid on time. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your membership. We reserve the right to charge your card/bank for any outstanding debts failed to be paid within the allotted time period (typically but not limited to 1 month or less). In the event we are prevented from such action, you will be liable for court action and will have to pay back any expenses the company (RR&R) is charged to mitigate the debt in dispute.

5. Accidents, Damage, and Insurance

Reporting: In the event of an accident, you must immediately contact the police and then notify Reynolds Rescue & Recovery.
Member Liability: You are financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle, loss, or theft that occurs while it is in your care, up to the amount of the insurance deductible.
Insurance: Our services do not include vehicle insurance. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle has valid and sufficient insurance coverage.

6. Privacy and Data

Data Collection: We collect your personal information and vehicle data to manage your membership, process payments, and provide our services.
GPS Tracking: Vehicles in our fleet are equipped with GPS tracking. This data is used for location services (e.g., recovery) and monitoring for adherence to these terms.

7. General Provisions

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Liability: Reynolds Rescue & Recovery's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. We will notify members of any significant changes.
