TERMS AND CONDITIONS: REYNOLDS RESCUE & RECOVERY
1. Introduction to Our Agreement
This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern your membership and the provision of services by Reynolds Rescue & Recovery ("RR&R," "the Company," "we," "us"). By enrolling as a member or engaging RR&R for any recovery, repair, or transport service, you agree to be bound by these terms. These rules ensure the safety of our clients and the sustainable operation of our services.
2. General Membership & Usage

Eligibility: Members must be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain a satisfactory driving record. RR&R reserves the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.

Termination: You may cancel your account at any time. All cancellations are subject to a one-month notice period, and you will be charged for the final month of your membership at the end of that period.

Cancellation Disclaimer: Once an account is canceled, it is wholly deleted. Any accumulated loyalty discounts are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. Rejoining requires a new application, and the loyalty discount will restart from 0%.

Company Rights: We reserve the right to terminate any membership or refuse service for violations of these terms, misuse of services, or non-payment of fees.
3. Parts, Compatibility, and Liability (Important)
This section applies to all members, non-members, and any third party who utilizes RR&R services or utilizes RR&R as an agent for work.

Compatibility: RR&R is in no way responsible for the compatibility of provided parts in any capacity whatsoever. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that parts are correct for their specific vehicle.

Part Failure: RR&R shall not be held liable for the failure of any part, whether supplied by us, a third party, or the client.

Agency Status: This disclaimer applies even when RR&R acts as an agent for provided work. We accept no responsibility for manufacturing defects or failures of components sourced for a job.

Exclusion of Loss: RR&R is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, additional repair costs, or vehicle damage resulting from part failure or incompatibility.
4. General Vehicle Services (Applicable to All Plans)

Roadside Assistance & Recovery: Includes tire swaps (requires a usable spare), fuel delivery, 4x4 rescue (subject to availability), and fire/flood recovery. We also provide assistance with the legal disposal of vehicles.

Outdated MOT: We can recover or transport vehicles with an outdated MOT at no extra cost to the member.

On-Demand Reports: Members have access to on-demand work reports for their vehicles.

Onward Travel: If a vehicle is being serviced or recovered, we can provide transport to a nearby public or private service location (e.g., bus station, train station, or hotel).
5. Membership Plans & Benefits
A. Basic Plan

Annual Discount: 3% discount on workshop repairs/recovery per year (Max 15%).

Battery Services: Free battery jumpstart. Battery replacements available at a discounted rate.

Inspections: One free inspection per year.

Vehicle Limit: Up to 3 cars per account.

Loan Cars: 33% discount on loan cars (subject to availability).
B. Daily Driver Plan

Annual Discount: 5% discount on workshop repairs/recovery per year (Max 15%).

Battery Services: Free battery jumpstart and free battery replacement. Note: Free replacement cannot be activated until after the first 136 days of membership. Requests made before this period will incur standard charges.

MOTs: One free MOT per year. Note: This benefit cannot be activated until after the first 136 days of membership. Requests made before this period will incur standard charges.

Inspections: Two free inspections per year.

Vehicle Limit: Up to 5 cars per account.

Loan Cars: Free loan car when your vehicle is in our workshop (subject to availability).

Storage: 10 days of free vehicle storage per year.

Recovery Costs: Call-out fee only for recoveries.

Portal: Access to a personal online booking portal.
C. Fleet Plan

Annual Discount: 7% discount on workshop repairs/recovery per year (Max 15%).

Vehicle Slots: Starts with 10 slots; additional slots available for a fee.

Bespoke Rates: Tailored recovery rate card designed for business needs.

Portal: Access to a personal online booking portal.
6. Financials & Debt Recovery

Fees: All fees are outlined in the welcome packet. We reserve the right to adjust fees with prior notice.

Payment & Arrears: All fees must be paid on time. We reserve the right to charge your registered card or bank account for any outstanding debts failed to be paid within the allotted time (typically 1 month or less).

Legal Action: In the event we are prevented from collecting payment, you will be liable for court action. You will be responsible for all expenses RR&R incurs to mitigate and recover the debt in dispute.
7. Accidents, Damage, and Insurance

Reporting: In the event of an accident, you must contact the police immediately and then notify RR&R.

Member Liability: You are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs to RR&R property (including loan cars) while in your care, up to the amount of the insurance deductible.

Vehicle Insurance: RR&R services do not include vehicle insurance. Members must ensure their own vehicles maintain valid and sufficient insurance coverage.
8. Privacy and Data

Data Collection: We collect personal and vehicle data to manage memberships and process payments.

GPS Tracking: Vehicles in our fleet or under our care may be equipped with GPS tracking for location services, recovery efficiency, and adherence to these terms.
9. General Provisions

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Liability Limitation: RR&R’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of services or membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
