Vehicle Collection: What to Expect To ensure your Service or MOT runs smoothly, please review our collection process: Driver Notification: A member of our team will call you 30 to 60 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm arrival. MOT Precision: If you have booked an MOT, your slot is reserved for the exact moment your vehicle is scheduled to drive onto the test ramp. Flexible Collection: Our schedule is dynamic. Depending on driver availability, we may contact you earlier in the day to arrange a sooner collection. Peak Times: During exceptionally busy periods, we may offer to collect your vehicle the evening before your appointment to ensure it is at the center and ready for its scheduled slot. Preparation: Please have your keys and service history book ready for the driver upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy Online Booking When you book an appointment through our website, you are reserving a specific time slot for our services. Cancellations and Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. No-Show Policy If you do not cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, or if you do not show up for your appointment, any payment made for the service is non-refundable. Refunds Refunds are not available for services that have been completed. All services are considered final after 24 hours. Warranties and Guarantees Unless a specific warranty or guarantee is clearly stated on your final invoice, we offer no warranties or guarantees for the services provided.
