Cancellations and Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. No-Show Policy If you do not cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, or if you do not show up for your appointment, any payment made for the service is non-refundable. Refunds Refunds are not available for services that have been completed. All services are considered final after 24 hours. Warranties and Guarantees Unless a specific warranty or guarantee is clearly stated on your final invoice, we offer no warranties or guarantees for the services provided.
